Forget about the gym for a minute. Breathe in, relax and have a bite. ...and NO, breakfast is not the most important meal of your day:)
Call me Stoyo This is my story.
Not so long ago I was an overweight middle aged man with low testosterone and high blood pressure for which I was taking medication. I was also prescribed statins for my high cholesterol, although I was following all of my GPs recommendations to eat 'clean' on the Mediterranean diet. I have always been greedy for food and my addiction to chocolate and pizza were not helping with the frequent panic attacks, one of which sent me straight to the ER of Northwick Park Hospital in 2015, after which I was referred to CBT therapy which helped my mental state but made no difference to the physical problems I was having.
I crashed on rock bottom and stayed down for 2 years, then bounced and ever since have been improving my life and helping others do the same with individual coaching sessions.
Think of me as your personal defluencer (no typo here). My job is to keep you in check at all times without stressing you out.
I am good at what I do, or your money back.

Enter my coaching experience. We have a no obligation conversation, assess and discuss your needs, goals and preferences.
Remember, everything is done at your terms - I am helping you find your way without applying pressure or asking for unrealistic actions.
It's not a 'one size fits all' solution, it is an individual plan made by you with my support by your side.
Work out only if you choose to.
Food would be plenty and motivation and good mood surround us all the time.
The side effects - better mood, greater concentration and sense of self worth.
Stage two: reach for the clothes from your teenage years or go shopping for smaller sizes.
There will be tough moments and humps along the way, and this is why we're doing this together.
My firm belief is that we don't have to change. We have to introduce minor adjustments in our daily habits instead. If done correctly and on our terms, they will last and serve us well.
Reach out for a no obligation conversation to discuss your goals & expectations.
