Weekly one on one sessions which involve task and goal oriented planning of nutrition and (where applicable) exercise.

Eat With Me

£120 /month

Daily food tracking and guidance.
Real time advice on meal frequency, quantity & type of food.

For mutual convenience, all sessions are conducted ONLINE unless agreed otherwise.
Minimum 3 month commitment required. I am also available for meetings in London, UK.
